Turn Warm Beer to ICE COLD in 60 seconds!
Its summer over here and I've had this happen to me too often. Get home sweating and thirsty... loads of cans of beer in the shopping bag, but they're all warm. You can't really add ice cubes to your beer - that just ruins the taste! You can leave them in a fridge but that would take too long - even in the freezer it will take like 10 minutes to get them Ice Cold! You want that beer ICE COLD right now! Well here's a trick that works every time - make your beer (or any canned drink for that matter) go from warm to ICE COLD in about 60 seconds! 1. Get a small bucket or bowl (something big enough to fit your can of beer/drinks). 2. Put your canned drink inside this bucket/bowl. 3. Fill it with Ice cubes. 4. Pour loads of salt onto the ice. Wait about 60 seconds... and there you have it. Ice Cold beer. Simple as that. What happens is that the salt reacts with the ice cubes making them melt really fast and this makes any surrounding objects go cold as ice (especially cans). You might think this is a really useless tip - I mean you're probably thinking why not just leave the beers in the fridge in the first place - or just buy cold beer... well truth is no-ones perfect and once in your life you just need to remember this trick. Its likely to impress your mates too. Give it a go. Enjoy that ice cold beer! :)

Awesome tip! That salt thing is pure genius. I will try this next time I stock up on carrot juice and need it chilled in a hurry. Warm carrot juice tastes even worse than warm beer.

Terrific tip. I am always wanting a cold glass of tomato juice and the cans are always warm.
Great tip! If you don't have salt you can spin the can of beer in the ice cubes for about a minute to make it ice cold.
Wow! Cool tip! I love stuff like that. :)

Yes! Me too. I've got a few more funky tips like that, I'll hopefully get some time to add them this week.
absolutely brilliant
You can use ice and salt to make ice cream too.
Nice 1 I will try that next time a have warm beer thanks
Interesting Intel. Another way to chill a can of beer or soda is to lay the can on ice and spin the can quickly. Keep spinning the can over ice for about a minute and it should be cold. Thanks.
